Well, one of the joys in my life is and always has been music. It's quite obvious from how i speak of it so frequently either on my web page or when you talk to me one on one. simply put:I LOVE MUSIC. i suppose this brings up the question,"what type of music do you like?" well i like a variety of music, but the kind i love the most is classical music. for me, classical music just fills my soul with something i cannot get anywhere else. Music is like nothing else. i particularly like chopin. people may say that mozart or beetoven are the greatest composers of all time but i'd have to beg to differ on that one. granted, they are very gifted composer, but personally i like chopin the best. for the past few years in a row i've played music by chopin for my recital...gee i wonder why? lol so what does all this babbling have to do with the hyo? well if it wasn't for my love of music i wouldn't be playing the clarinet and if it wasn't for that...well let's jsut say i wouldn't be here writing on the hyo!
the harford youth orchestra is conducted by my very own clarinet teacher but unfortunately he will be retiring from this job. however he will still be teaching. mr reinhardt is the dearest old chap i've ever met in my entire life. no one is like him. there's jsut something about him that is unbelievably sweet. a few weeks ago he and i marched around his house so he coudl show me some marhing skills and we had a great time, but we were interrupted by a phone call from another student, stacey who is also a great friend of mine, saying he couldn't come to lesson. funny though he ended his message with "luv ya...ohhh wait umm no darn" me and mr reinhardt were laughing so unbelievably hard! i giggle jsut thinking about it. anyways back to the hyo. i auditioned and was blessed to recieve 2nd chair! you have no idea how i hoped to just me accepted, and then to get 2nd chair! that was so awesome. stacey was 1st chair and bethany, who is another student of mr. reinhardt's, was third.  well i would put up  some pictures that i took from practice but some people don't particularly want thier picture on the interenet so i won't bother. sowwy!

you can look at thier pictures too!
